Philip E. Davis, ALC, serves as a managing director and senior advisor for Sperry Van Ness/Lighthouse Commercial Realty. With more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience, he specializes in land sales and site acquisition for development throughout North and South Carolina.

Prior to affiliating with Sperry Van Ness, Davis served as a founding principal member of Lighthouse Commercial Realty and specialized in the sale of land and land acquisition for the development of mixed-use, retail, residential, and multifamily projects.

Previously, Davis served as exclusive agent to the Greenville County School District acquiring 19 sites in six years of service to be used for school relocation and new facility development.

To best serve his clients, Davis is a member of the REALTORS Land Institute, an organization dedicated to improving the professional competence of its land brokerage members. In addition, he also holds the Accredited Land Consultant designation and the Certified Buyer Representative designation from the REALTOR Boards and Associations Nationwide.
